The Glasgow Practica was started by Sari and Jeff in 2005. It is an informal event where everyone can practice and dance socially, regardless of their Tango level or experience. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and seek advice on simple technical problems in a friendly environment. If you are keen to enhance your Tango skills, you can book a private session with Sari or Jeff for more intensive work.
Between dances you can enjoy complimentary refreshments and socialise with other participants - an important aspect of our ethos. Regular attendance at the Practica is the best way to become a confident dancer with accomplished floor-craft. The music here is played in tandas (consecutive dances in the same style) but without linking cortinas. You can enjoy all three forms of the Social Argentine Tango during our Practica: Tango, Milonga and Tango Vals.

Sessions

Every Saturday from 2.30 till 5.00pm

Pricing

Practica price is £5 & includes free refreshments
