    The practica starts with 30-45 minutes of exercises followed by open guided practice. During the guided practice you can agree what aspect of your dancing you'd like to improve with your partner, or ask the practica leaders to look for errors to improve.

    The practica takes place upstairs in The Craftsman bar at 41 Stamford New Road, Altrincham, WA14 1EB from 7:30pm until 11:00pm every Monday night. The price for entry is £3.50 for the whole evening.

    We welcome dancers of all levels and styles to come and join us to take advantage of this space.

    The guided practica will not follow social dancing ettiquette, therefore couples practicing will occupy their own space and not follow the ronda, you can invite any partner to practice no special nods or winks (cabeceo) required.
