We are very excited about the venue and we just know that it will provide a spectacular backdrop for an unforgettable tango experience. It is at the same time romantic and dramatic, intense and relaxing. We suspect that once you see it, like us, you will never want to leave.
Our marathon venue is called Tiyatro Medresesi. It is in famous Sirince Village, only one hour from the International Izmir Airport, 15 minutes from the Ancient City of Ephesus (the second largest city in Roman Empire) and The House of Virgin Mary!
The Marathon will include tours to the ancient city of Ephesus, The House of Virgin Mary and a few more historical sites, a wine-tasting tour of the Sirince region, and even a trip to the Kusadasi seaside!
Our inaugural edition was a resounding success, propelling Ephesus Tango Marathon to become one of the most sought-after tango events in Turkey.
