  Special all levels workshop on sacadas before, Become the dancer you dream of...
  This workshop focuses on improving sacadas and is suitable for all levels. Through specific instruction in yoga in standing balance and torsion, we focus on strengthening the core to be able to stand on one leg, grounded in scadas, increase spinal mobility and create high quality torsions that keep you truly connected with your partner during movements of sacada. This removes limitations and opens your dancing to a more composed lead, a more graceful response.
  We are taking the yoga tango connection to the next level, interleave tango and yoga in standing poses only
