El Cafetin de Tango & Pre Loved Sale

El Cafetin de Tango is back!
We are so happy to warmly welcome all tangueros to a joyful afternoon of 4 hours dancing.
Held in the spacious Tarvin Community Centre with it's beautiful large parquet floor, excellent sound system, plenty of onsite parking.
Join us from 3pm to 7pm for non-stop dancing to mainly golden age tangos, milongas and vals with a little contemporary and alternative music .
Various top notch TDJ's
Milonga only £12 per person (pay on the door, exact cash or card please)
£10 concessions
Like many others we are happy to restart tango socials, but are intent on keeping you all as safe as possible.
Risk assessments and cleaning is carried out, hand sanitiser readily available.
Please bring proof of double vaccination and/or negative Covid test.
Wearing of masks is optional as is changing of partners.
We will have wristbands for those NOT wishing to change partners - please respect every individuals choice

Come to dance at El Cafetin de Tango (entry as usual £12 pp)
A light buffet and refreshments will be available, empanadas ( meat and vegetarian) served at 5pm)
Fantastic spacious parquet floor for dancing to the best selection of traditional tango, milonga and vals.

Let’s recycle!
You are invited to bring tango shoes and/or clothes that you no longer want, but that some other tanguera/o will!
All clothes and shoes must be clean, labelled with your name, the size and price you are selling them for.
Please bring clothes on a hanger.
Any remaining items MUST be collected at the end of the afternoon – I am not responsible for anything left behind!
I will provide tables for the shoes, a dress rail, and a mirror for those of you trying things on.
However, I cannot be ‘on duty’ in the Preloved area so we will be working on friendship and trust.
We have a group on Messenger called ‘Preloved Tango Group’ if you wish to join it to ask any questions or put forward suggestions!
