Sunday Matinee Milonga DJ Andrew Emerson

After the Summer break, we are returning to our lovely old hall for another afternoon of tea , cakes and tango!
We are very excited to have Tango dj Andrew Emerson with us for the first time!! For those of you who dont know Andrew, this is what he has to say...
...Andrew discovered his passion for Argentine tango in January 2008.
Although he fell in love with the music straight away, it is only in the last year or so that he has used his knowledge of the music as a tango DJ.
Andrew plays Golden Age music from the 1920's to the 1950's and chooses music as the milonga progresses to reflect the type of event and the energy in the room.
He has DJ'd throughout the UK and has debuted abroad in Norway.

Avon Tyrell, Bransgore, Hampshire
He now regularly dances in many countries, learning from DJs he encounters throughout Europe.
He very recently Dj'd in Austria , Noches de Verano, where he proved to be extremely popular!

There will be the usual delicious cakes , tea, coffee and soft drinks available in our large kitchen.
There is plenty of parking space directly outside the hall.
