For the workshops and the milongas (either taken individually or as part of a package) it is NECESSARY to PRE-BOOK and PRE-PAY. This is for us to make sure that everyone who booked for the workshops is definitley going to use the space booked for and also for us to balance the leaders and followers. For the milongas we still need to take bookings and confirm places with the receipt of payment due to maximum limit of 400 people allowed in the room.
